In-stock items take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer and items made to order take three to four weeks to produce. We will send you an e-mail notification once we ship your order.

Return Policy

Custom Design Jewellery

  • Custom pieces designed especially for you cannot be returned.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the project has started.

Exclusive Collections Jewellery (online store items)

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or other alterations and without signs of wear and tear. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent by Teresa Biagi Design within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to orders with engravings , special sizes or other alterations, all these services are non-refundable.
  • A $15.00 charge will be deducted from the total refund amount for returned orders by recipient (undeliverable or refused).

Funky Collections Jewellery purchased online in our Shapeways and Stilnest stores, please check the return policy details at their websites.

Return Process

  • We accept the return once we have received the item(s) and verified their authenticity.
  • Returns take approximately 8 business days to process upon receipt of the item and for your credit to be processed, please allow 7 business days.
  • You will receive a full refund for the cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.
  • If the return results from the receipt of damaged or defective product, or from our mistake, we will pay the shipping charges to send you a replacement item.
  • If you request an exchange we require the original item to be received and processed in our warehouse before shipping a replacement.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before it is shipped to you; a 20% re-stocking fee will apply.

How to return an item (Please note returning or cancelling only applies to purchases from our Exclusive Collections and our Funky Collections)

Please follow our 3 easy steps:

1. To obtain your return authorization please fill out the form

Please note: Packages without a return authorization e-mail and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted for refund.

2. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. Please note: the original packaging materials and documentation must be provided in order to receive a refund.

3. Once you have received our return authorization e-mail, ship the item prepaid to the address received in your e-mail. Please note:

  • For your protection we recommend shipping returns insured, with a tracking number and a receiving signature required
  • Do not write the contents of the package such as jewellery, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box.
  • Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers outside Canada: If you would like a refund of your original customs fees, please contact your local Customs & Revenue Office. Please note that the exchange rate at the time of your order may vary from the date of refund. This could result in a higher or lower refund amount than you were originally charged.
